• 25 grams oatmeal
• 2 eggs
• 30 grams of your favorite SHAKEMENT (1 scoops)
• 100 grams cottage cheese or ricotta
Mix all the ingredients together and bake your pancakes in coconut oil (or whatever fat you prefer) until brown on both sides. Add your favourite toppings and enjoy! 😋
