Workout tip 1: Stay on schedule

It is important that you keep follow your personal workout schedule, if you wont chances are you're not going to reach your goal. Look at your schedule as a step-by-step guide which you need to follow to reach the goal. Ofcourse there are multiple roads leading to Rome and there are a lot of tips available to help you stick to your schedule.

Are you of those people who find it hard to stick to your schedule? At a certain point something happens which throws you completely off track? You're not alone.

For you, we have created the "4 GOLDEN RULES OF FITNESS".

Rule 1: NEVER skip your workout 3 days in a row.

Rule 2: Work out at least 3 times a week.

Rule 3: NEVER skip a monday.

Rule 4: NEVER give up!

If you follow these simple rules it will be easier to reach your goal. Most of the people don't follow these rules and work out 'when they feel like it'. They also work out without a goal or plan.

Working out without a clear goal or schedule hugely increases the odds of giving up. We need a set of rules to guide us and motivate us when it's needed.

Rule 1: NEVER skip your workout 3 days in a row.

With 3 days you could take your weekends off without feeling guilty. Rest is also important!

Where most people mess up is that they keep on schedule for a long time and then miss a few days. Those few days become a week, the week becomes a month, you know how it goes.

You could prevent this type of (human) behaviour by sticking to the 3-day rule. This will help yoou create the HABIT of working out. Getting fit isn't a phase in your life, it's a lifestyle.

Rule 2: Work out at least 3 times a week.

Try to do at least 2 weight lifting work outs a week and 1 or 2 days of cardio or regular sports. If you hold on to this you'll notice your body weight lowering and your mood getting beter. Ofcourse you can work out more often to further increases your progression.

Rule 3: NEVER skip a monday

On mondays you get the chance to start your week in the right way. It doesn't matter what happened in the week before, when it's monday, a new week starts!

Rule 4: NEVER give up!

There are a lot of things in our life (injuries, holidays, work) that could disturb our routine and make us lose sight of our goals. But these things don't have to mean you can't come back to your schedule. Just know your lifestyle won't be changed because of the circumstances. A minor setback is just the setup for a greater comeback.

The key to succes isn't not falling, but it's getting up every time you fall.
