Workout tip 11: Find a workout buddy

If you find it a bit hard to get motivated and go to the gym, a workout buddy could be a huge advantage. By motivating eachother and keeping eachother accountable you will stick your schedule more easy. Besides that, your buddy can help you push your max weight and expand your boundaries by helping when needed. 

And lastly, but not less imporant: working out together makes it more fun!
