Tasty, of course! But our opinion may be slightly biased ;-) Our loyal shakers describe our shakes as easy to mix and shake, with a full and creamy flavor. You can also use milk instead of water for an even tastier shake. With milk it tastes as a milkshake, but much healthier! Each flavor of SHAKEMENT tastes completely different, so there is a flavor for everyone.

SHAKEMENT gives you all the nutrients you need to start your day, so it's a delicious and easy breakfast!
SHAKEMENT can definitely help you lose weight given the amount of fibers, complex carbohydrates and (slow-digesting) casein protein that give you a full and satisfied feeling. Because of this you have no cravings for other (unhealthy) things for 3 to 4 hours. SHAKEMENT also contains a L-Carnitine supplement which stimulates fat burning. Our shakes contain everything your body needs in one meal, but this doesn’t mean you will lose weight directly. If you want to lose weight you should be eating less calories than you use up in a day, also known as a calorie deficit.
SHAKEMENT is a vegetarian product, but not vegan.
We use whey protein and calcium casein as protein sources. Both of these proteins are produced from cow milk. We have chosen these ingredients because we believe that these protein sources improve the taste of our product. We strive to make healthy shakes, but we don’t want to sacrifice great taste! Our shakes really are the best of both worlds.
Fill your shaker with the desired amount of SHAKEMENT and water (or milk). Close the cap, shake a few times and enjoy! TIP: Add ice cubes!
You can easily change the amount of calories you want to have in each meal. How many calories you want each meal is entirely up to you. Our recommended amount is ±250 kcal (which is equal to 65 grams of SHAKEMENT or 2 scoops).
That's completely up to you! You can take a shake for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Most of our shakers take SHAKEMENT as breakfast and/or lunch, or as a pre-workout meal.
