However, we recommend that you first consult a doctor who can assess whether only living on shakes is a smart idea during pregnancy or as a minor. Losing weight during pregnancy is never a good idea, so make sure you eat enough.

Start your day right with a good, balanced breakfast, since your body will be needing all of those goodies to get started again after a night’s sleep. Breakfast kick starts your digestive system, provides your body with important nutrition, gives you energy and improves your memory and concentration. SHAKEMENT gives you all the nutrients you need to start your day, so it's a delicious and easy breakfast!
For a complete 250 calorie meal:
1. Fill your shaker halfway with water or milk.
2. Scoop in 65 grams (±2 scoops) of SHAKEMENT.
3. Close the lid and shake, shake, shake until the powder is completely dissolved.
You can always adjust how you make your shake to suit your liking. With less water or milk your shake’s consistency will be thicker, and with more it will be thinner. You can also adjust the size of the meal you want by increasing or decreasing the amount of SHAKEMENT you use.
You can easily change the amount of calories you want to have in each meal. How many calories you want each meal is entirely up to you. Our recommended is ±250 kcal (which is equal to 65 grams of SHAKEMENT or ±2 scoops). You can change this amount by using the following guidelines:
246 kcal (65 grams) = small meal
492 kcal (125 grams) = complete meal
738 kcal (190 grams) = large meal
984 kcal (250 grams) = Wow, we’re impressed!
That's completely up to you! You can take a shake for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Most of our shakers take SHAKEMENT as breakfast and/or lunch, or as a pre-workout meal.
No, one portion of SHAKEMENT contains more than 25 grams protein, so an extra protein shake is not necessary.
Our products last for about 12 months. The best before end (BBE) date can be found on each package. Store your SHAKEMENT packs in a dark and cool place. The BBE date doesn’t change after you’ve opened a package, as long as you close the pack properly using the ziplock in the pack. After mixing SHAKEMENT with water or milk you can keep the shake for a few hours at room temperature, and about 1 day in the fridge. Just shake your meal up a bit if you’ve let is sit for a while.
